  21. Special Pick-and-Mix Offer

  23. This special offer has been well received by you and so Jill and I have 
  24. decided that we'll extend it indefinitely.  What we've found is that 
  25. many people have taken the opportunity to order back numbers which 
  26. they've been thinking about for some time together with, say, DrawPlus.  
  27. Others, who have been put off the buying a joint subscription (perhaps 
  28. because some of the articles overlap) see that, with this offer, joint 
  29. subscriptions are sufficiently discounted to make a joint subscription 
  30. worth while!

  32. Whilst you continue to support this Pick-and-Mix method of buying back 
  33. numbers and joint annual subscriptions there are economies of scale.

  56. Our price lists operates on the basis of one price for EU countries 
  57. (European Union - including the UK) and a second price list for

  71. The list price of ZLine and ILine discs are the same as those for 
  72. PipeLine.  Because of this you may convert the outstanding part of your 
  73. PipeLine subscription to one for ZLine or ILine at any time.  We are 
  74. receiving a surprising number of requests to convert the outstanding 
  75. part of a ZLine subscription to one for PipeLine.  This too is OK.

  78. DrawPlus
  79.  
  80. The latest version of Jonathan Marten's DrawPlus is 2.24.  If you have 
  81. upgraded or intend to upgrade to RISC OS 3.1 then you will need version 
  82. 2.24 rather than 2.1 or earlier.

  84. This application is Shareware (not public domain) so we regularly send 
  85. a financial contribution to the author, Jonathan Marten.  The amount we 
  86. send depends upon the revenue we receive.

  89. Elementary PipeDream
  90.  
  91. I am indebted to Ernie Cobbold for making his excellent text book for 
  92. beginners called "Elementary PipeDream" available to PipeLine 
  93. subscribers as a set of three discs.  Between them the discs contain 17 
  94. tutorial files in Spark compressed format, answers to the questions 
  95. asked in the tutorials and uncompressed files which are used as part of 
  96. the exercises.  Each of the 17 compressed files expands to fill most of 
  97. an 800 Kb floppy disc.  You can include these three discs as part of 
  98. your Pick-and-Mix selection.

  101. Word Processing with PipeDream
  102.  
  103. This excellent series on the use of PipeDream as a word processor by 
  104. Albert Kitchenside is available as a set of two uncompressed discs 
  105. which can be included as part of your Pick-and-Mix selection.

  108. The Fireworkz demo disc
  109.  
  110. If you have Fireworkz then you do not need the Fireworkz demo disc.
  111.  
  112. The demo discs are intended for those who wish to evaluate Fireworkz.
  113.  
  114. If you live in the European Union then, for £2.00 we can supply the 
  115. Fireworkz demo disc (by Colton Software).  The price is £2.50 if you 
  116. live outside the European Union.  It contains a version of the 
  117. Fireworkz package which has all the functions of Fireworkz except that 
  118. you will be unable to Save or Print your work.  The dictionary is not 
  119. included on the demo disc.

  121. If you wish to evaluate Fireworkz then we suggest that you buy our 
  122. ZIntro disc (or include it as part of your Pick-and-Mix selection).  If 
  123. you do order the ZIntro disc then we will send you Colton Software's 
  124. Fireworkz demo disc free of charge.

  127. The FireLine User Group
  128.  
  129. FireLine is a user group we shall be running for users of Fireworkz for 
  130. Windows (the PC version of Fireworkz).  We have had only one order for 
  131. this user group so we've decided to put it on 'hold' - at least until 
  132. the release of Fireworkz Pro for Windows.  The earliest projected date 
  133. for its release is June 1995.  You can not subscribe to FireLine as 
  134. part of the Pick-and-Mix special offer!

  136. If you have a PC and are thinking of buying Fireworkz for Windows then, 
  137. unless you have a pressing need, I suggest that you wait until 
  138. Fireworkz Pro for Windows is released since it will be cheaper to 
  139. buy to Fireworkz Pro in one step rather than two.

  142. Fireworkz for Windows Demo Disc
  143.  
  144. In the meantime, if you want to try out Fireworkz for Windows, then we 
  145. can sell you a 'Fireworkz for Windows Demo Disc'.  This is £2.00 if you 
  146. live in the UK or European Union, £2.50 if you live anywhere in the 
  147. rest of the world.  It does not form part of the Pick-and-Mix offer.

  149. Apart from the obvious uses of the demo disc, you will be able to 
  150. familiarise yourself with the transfer of data from the Archimedes to 
  151. the PC platform.

  156. It doesn't matter when your current subscription ends, you can extend 
  157. it at the special prices below.  You can mix an extension of your 
  158. current subscription with an order for back numbers or you can mix it 
  159. with a new subscription to another of our user groups such as ZLine 
  160. or ILine (for users of Computer Concepts Style and Publisher).
